Application Period

The FMCP office in Pensacola, Florida accepts applications from 02 February 2010 through 01 February 2011.

The Application Package consists of a detailed resume, ALL college/university transcripts, and specific forms detailed on the Instructions page.

Note: Application packages that are incomplete and/or incorrect (failing to provide all required documentation) will not be considered for selection.

01 February 2011

Application Deadline

Applications for the 2010-2011 recruiting period must be postmarked no later than 01 February 2011.

March 2011

Interviews

Once the application has been evaluated and the GPA verified, candidates will be contacted to schedule a personal interview during the months indicated.

April 2011

Selection Board

In April, a selection board is convened which includes members from all Commands and Activities participating in the Trainee program for the years indicated.

May 2011

Notification and Offers

Beginning in mid May, those candidates who were selected for positions will be contacted by telephone.

Some positions require successful completion and acceptable scores from the Administrative Careers With America (ACWA) assessment.

Once the candidate has accepted a position, an official offer of employment letter will be mailed with details of the position, reporting instructions and materials.

Late May – July 2011
