APPLICATION PACKAGE CHECKLIST

Applications must be received by the Financial Management Career Program office in Pensacola, Florida in accordance with the schedule indicated.  Once the application package has been processed, qualified candidates will be contacted for interviews.

• OF-612: Application for Federal Employment (signed and dated original)
• An unofficial copy of a transcript from ALL colleges / universities attended
• OF-306: Declaration for Federal Employment (signed and dated original)
• SF-181: Ethnicity and Race Identification
• Applicant Contact Information Form
• A copy of DD Form 214: Discharge Papers and Separation Documents (for current and former military members.  (If applying as a Veteran, discharge status must be indicated (honorable/general, etc.))
• The most recent letter from the Veterans Administration showing status of disability (if applying as a Disabled Veteran)
